2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website or affiliated sales platforms, including customers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.

4. Nature of Products – Print-on-Demand Model

All WEIRDOWEAR products are produced on a made-to-order and print-on-demand basis.

Products are manufactured individually after order confirmation according to the customer’s selected:

• Size
• Design
• Specifications

We do not hold pre-manufactured stock of finished goods.

5. Orders and Production

Orders enter production shortly after confirmation.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:

• Correct size selection
• Accurate delivery details
• Correct design choices

Size guides are provided for reference and must be reviewed before purchase.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

For EU customers, additional import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Ownership of goods remains with EasyPro LTD until full payment has been received.

7. Cancellation Rights & Returns

7.1 No Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Goods

Under:

• Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
• Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

• Made to the consumer’s specifications
• Clearly personalised
• Produced on demand

As all WEIRDOWEAR items are manufactured individually following order confirmation, customers do not have a statutory right to cancel or return goods for reasons including:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• “Does not fit”
• Ordering mistakes

This applies to customers in both the UK and the European Union.

7.2 Production Variations

Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing:

• Minor colour differences may occur
• Slight print placement deviations may occur
• Fabric batch variations may occur

These do not constitute defects.

7.3 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under:

• The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
• Applicable mandatory EU consumer protection laws

If goods are:

• Faulty
• Damaged in transit
• Incorrectly produced
• Not as described

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Where a defect is confirmed, we will offer:

• Replacement, or
• Refund

in accordance with applicable law.

7.4 Unauthorised Returns

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted and may be refused or disposed of without refund.

8. Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs procedures
• Courier disruptions
• Force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyPro LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Customs and Cross-Border Sales

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customers may be responsible for:

• Import VAT
• Customs duties
• Clearance fees

WEIRDOWEAR / EasyPro LTD has no control over these charges.
